Acknowledgements

I would be remiss if I didn't take a moment to recognise and thank the many people who have helped me with the content of this website.

Naturalists from across Ontario have kindly shared tips on their favourite butterfly haunts. I might never have tracked down some species without their generous assistance.

In particular, I would like to acknowledge the help of Maxim Larrivée, Peter Hall, and Ross Layberry. They've earned my appreciation for their endless patience with my inquiries regarding some of the more arcane aspects of species identification. Any errors in identification are mine.

Don Lafontaine and Chris Schmidt at the Canadian National Insect Collection have also provided invaluable assistance with some of my taxonomic quandaries.

I would also like to thank Jim des Rivieres for his assistance and advice on almost every aspect of this endeavor.
